2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities of any product
• Discontinue products at any time without notice
• Correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is priced incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.

4. Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement from your order details page, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

For returns and exchanges:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• Customised or personalised items are non-returnable
