Shipping Info

We ship authentic Himalayan products from Rishikesh, India to customers across India and worldwide. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

2. International Shipping

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time from the My Orders section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing all orders. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and photos of any damage
  • We will investigate and either reship the item or issue a full refund

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at info@himalayanfibers.in. We can only make address changes before the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
